Baby Jack is breathing on his own! YAY!
I just talked to John who said that he was off of the oxygen for a couple hours last night, but when he fell back asleep, he needed it again. He has been off this morning since 11 and is not showing any signs of needing to go back on!
And...big news of the day...MOM AND DAD GOT TO HOLD HIM FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS MORNING! YAY!
Yay! Yay! Yay! It's so hard when medical crap gets between you and those beautiful baby cuddles. Hope he continues to do beautifully and gets sprung from the deluxe accomodations soon.
